People admit in chat that they are afk and they are trolling you do everything to play but ofcourse you speak in chat so you are the one who gets banned yeah ok guys! i know this game have some good stuff but this right here is enough....yeah people would say its my fault because what? because i try to win a game and 2 players flat out refusing to play? but ofcourse according to riot refusing to play and being afk is not bannable but if you speak in chat it is...what ever this is just sad

Using reports as harassment, calling for reports (harassment), and just generally harassing other players -- regardless of if they are afk'ing or trolling or not.

You seem to have this attitude often, therefore you have now been permabanned after multiple warnings in the past.

You fed the troll, emboldening them and rewarding them for their behavior by flaming them. Not only are you rewarding people that detract from this community, but you opened yourself up to punishment in doing so by pointlessly arguing for the entire game. And since I'm assuming you had a recent 14-day ban, this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Refusing to play/being afk is both reportable and punishable. But that has nothing to do with why you personally were punished. If this was a permanent suspension, and this was the only game on your reform card, then I would suspect that you recently had a 14 day suspension. These logs are negative, and they do deserve a punishment for consistently harassing your teammates, but the level of the punishment is determined by how many recent punishments you have already had. If you had a recent temporary (14 day) suspension, and have not had a chance to work your account back into good standing, then the next valid report on your account could lead to a permanent suspension, which is always told to the player in the email that accompanies the 14 day suspension.

I see this kind of statement a lot here, and it always confuses me. Just because you don't get an immediate report that someone was punished doesn't mean that person won't be punished. Usually people have to repeat bad behavior in order to get punishment (although not always).

Refusing to play and being AFK is indeed bannable, if the person keeps doing it. Toxic chat is bannable too, but of course you weren't immediately banned for toxic chat. You had previous punishments, and it took you a while to get fully banned. You must have noticed in the past that you were punished but not immediately banned, didn't you? You obviously appreciate the punishment system, since you tried to get people banned yourself.

And you ask for reports, when only one report counts against a given player in a given game. Pointless. Maybe the person you reported was punished right after the game, but you didn't get a notification because someone else beat you to reporting the player. Or maybe the next game the person trolls will lead to punishment.
