Seriously a person can leave a game/afk/rage quit then after the game is over they can instantly jump back on like nothing happens.

Can people are Riot actually start improving the leave system? Heck feed then leave/afk system? Since I don't get why I have to lose points over a trash who ragequit/D.C. Yes 15 min surrender is coming out soon but why the shit in rank is people force to lose full point if a person on their team D.C?
