If your friend truly did nothing wrong then he wouldn't have gotten permabanned in the first place. Under normal circumstances it takes at least 35-games worth of chat restrictions plus a 2-week ban to even reach permaban status, so chances are that he blew all of those chances given to him, hence his ban. Judging by your attitude here though are you sure that it was your friend that got punished and not you instead?

P.S. Saying things like "DUMB NOOB CAITLYN SHOULD STOP FEED..." is punishable. Maybe not by itself but alongside other harassment filled comments it most certainly is.
