Can we get some kind of linking report system?

There are teams of people who are working together to find solo players and ruin there games. They play draft and if you hover your pick during ban they will ban it and then pretend nothing happened. Then in game knowing that you are not playing the champion you wanted they will never help you. To the point that these people will just up and walk away during plays to leave you to die. They don't gank for you but will walk up like they are going to some times even ping that they are going in. But when you commit they walk away.

This is just a fraction of what I have seen these teams do. So when reporting players can we have a way to link the members of these teams together so the system can see they are doing it as a unit? And can we make the act of doing it as a group have a harsher punishment?

This behavior is increasingly toxic and gives the community a really bad reputation. Can we start holding people responsible as a group instead of putting one report per person and hoping the system catches them all?
