So, I just got banned. Perma. I deserved it for sure.
Thing is, now I realize what I did, ya know?
So, any advice on how to get my account unbanned? Can you appeal a perma ban? I've spent at least 600 or 700 dollars on this account. AT LEAST. 450k mastery on Master Yi 800k Mastery on Garen Is there anyway to get my account back?
Is a mod or dev reads this. I'd really appreciate a response. Thanks.
Permabans are only removed if the ban was a mistake.
Never did get an email from riot either. Goes along with every other attempt at getting support on something from riot...
You don't get an email if your account was banned upon manual review by a Rioter. I would suggest opening a support ticket for more information.
Anyways, if the ban was earned and not a mistake, you won't be getting your account back. That is the punishment for negative behaviour and/or cheating. If you wanted to avoid it, you should have realized during any of your previous punishment (since they rarely, rarely escalate immediately into a permanent ban) since those were your warnings.
You have two options at the moment:
If you'd like to ask Riot directly, you can do so by opening a ticket with player support. Reversals of permanent bans are rare, but if you want to ask about it, you would need to do so there.
I'll just save my 150 dollars a month, I've spent on this game, and the 200 I was getting ready to drop Friday, for Ivern. Too much work down the drain, and too much bullshit when you actually need support. The support for this game is sad as it gets. They love to ban people, and make new skins. But they could care less about every single game being toxic, and all about which team has the feeder. I'll stick my money in a game that will continue to grow. This one can't even avoid tech problems during the world championship. Full of bugs and glitches. Instead of working on that, they ban people and make new skins. Makes sense to me! Later!
