I wish my reports still had weight...
...so that players who say I have Down's will actually be looked at.
P.S. Just because someone is two tiers lower than you doesn't mean they have Down's.

Interesting thing was taht my MMR was average silver 2 MMR at end of last season but I was silver 4. Honestly, the location in league has nothing to do with skill as MMR reflects more luck than skill. It takes 1 or 2 bad players to lose game. RIot has made it logical that you cannot win alone, but you lose alone. That is logically false, but .. in postfactual world of Riot it is solid statement and fact for those lucky players who got out of low MMR. And even those guys never did it with support play.
But that's is not how reports work. Your reports does have weight to it,but at the same time they aren't going to believe every report you make.everything needs to be validated and that takes time. Plus in order for people to get ban they need to show consistent toxic behavior.
