Since rune reforged came out i've constantly seen people dodging in norms about 8 to 10 games in a row before finally getting to play. I'm sorry the champ they wanted to play got banned or didnt get the role they desired. However either you wanna play league or not. Please enforce stricter rules against players who dodge constantly.

I can't count how many times I dodged right now for failing to lock in my champ.
I play on a small potatoe and the runes selection process is pretty laggy for me, pair that along with how I am unfamiliar with the system and trying to read through everything. The current timer really isn't enough for me.
It probably will get better once I can memorize all the runes.

Dude sometimes you don't want to put up with Teemo support again... Sometimes you see the jungler go Lucian and think "No thnak you". THere are non emergency reasons to dodge and consequences already in place. You have to sit a dodge timer and in ranked you lose LP. Just deal with it.
NAh, too many things can happen to why people dodge. Permanbans would be very unfair. People don't dodge just because they don't want to play the game, though I would say that is probably the majority.
I've also had time with a lot of dodgers in a row but u just got to live with that and think about the people that may dodge for a good reason.
Let say there is a power outage in your home and you dodge the game due to it then got perma-banned from it. Bet your sweet a$$ you gonna come back to forum crying why you are being banned.
They do. For frequent dodges, the wait timer increases. Dodge enough games and you could be looking at a full hour of wait time before you can actually play the game. :/ Yes its annoying that this is happening more frequently, but you can't control other player's actions so easily.
As our lady of Pep, Lux, would say, "Look at it in a better light." At least now you're not playing with who would likely be a toxic player.
