I know the horse is dead but why haven't we got this yet? You can definitely conduct yourself in a manner that warrants a report during the pre game lobby. What seems to be a favorite is someone locking in a troll layout and champion if they want to strong arm their team into dodging. Plenty of racism, toxicity and vulgarity for the whole family as well. Seems like an easy thing to clean up. Thoughts?
