Daily reminder - Feel free to ask for reports as you see fit
Remember, nothing will happen if you ask, so what's to lose? And hey, if they are mad enough, they will probably say something in return, earning a negative or a verbal.

Riot: "Bullying others by asking for reports is considered (mildly) negative behaviour." Community: "Asking for reports is super mega bannable, everbody! Spread the word!" Riot: "Okay guys... maybe we should clarify: Not all cases of asking for reports are necessarily bannable behaviour." Community: "Asking for reports is absolutely fine, nothing will happen if you do it! Spread the word!"
Or the more general version:
Riot: "Sometimes X." Community "Always X! At all costs! Riot said so!" Riot: "No, it's more nuanced... sometimes Y..." Community: "Riot confirms: Y in all possible circumstances! Never X!"
As frustrating as this has to be for Riot, I have to admit that from the outside it's kind of amusing to watch.
Okay, the daily spamming is getting old. And baiting the trolls is just bad mannered if you are doing it in the hopes of provoking them into saying something so that you can legitimately get them in trouble. It makes you no better than they are.
