If I ping "on my way", then you, then help..
There are two, and ONLY two acceptable responses:
- You come and help.
- You ping me back or otherwise let me know that you are not going to help.
Anti-team players tilt me so hard.

I'd rather it be "refusing to cooperate with team", it'd still catch those who refuse to acknowledge teammates.
refusing to communicate never punished anyone and was a report bait.
Thats why they removed it.
The classic "You saw the whole team not follow, so why did you go?" Uh idk, maybe because I pinged it 1000 times before going. You can't "not follow" me if I don't go in.
Had this exact scenario the other day on Rumble. Laid out a beautiful 5 man Equalizer only to see that nobody followed me in then somehow I'm the moron.
I agree, also if you see someone pinging that they are going to come in then please WAIT until they are in position to help you. Too many times have I come in to gank and my teammate goes in when I'm too far away to help and then they die and get angry at me.
I think this is annoying, but I think reporting is for people who are toxic, malicious, or trolls. Not for something mildly annoying.
Game doesn't revolve around you fam.
