Can we have this guy banned please...

I'm not one to come to forums and complain in fact this is my first time here but I find it very stupid that you can get banned simply by calling out a troll but a troll can screw up your games all day without any repercussions. I'm in my promos for ranked on this account TahmKench who remained silent through out champ select decided he would go around and troll our jungle by swallowing him and spitting him out half the game while leaving me 1vs 2 bot keeping our Jungle from coming bot. Then he comes bot and keeps swallowing & spitting me out in the middle of of them to get me killed over and over repeatedly all game .The enemy team was like wow your TahmKench is the best player on our team honors! while our while team is pissed off at this guy. Then at the end he says GL with reports, Riot only bans people who are toxic not trolls.. which leads me to believe he was banned for being toxic and is now trolling to get back at Riot.... Which I know it's 100% easier to get banned for saying something then it is for trolling.

Who do I talk to have this guy banned so he doesn't do this to future people in ranked or is Riot actually going to read the report and ban him? Either get ride of promos because it's a troll fest anyways, ban people like this or rework that champ because it's stupid he can do that to team mates, even if I click away he runs and flashes into them so they know exactly where i'm gonna go to kill me. I just put $200 into this game and now i'm starting to regret it because of assphats like that

If you are a bad player, w.e .. if you are toxic w.e.. but if you intentionally play to ruin people's games you shouldn't be playing here.

With the current system rito has, smart trolls can pretty much screw up every other game so long as they hide it well enough. And the people on these boards are okay with it as long as they don't say anything mean while doing it.

When it comes to trolling, I'm rather sure it's a frequency thing. If they get reported here and there every blue moon, you can get away with it like 90% of the time.

That guy recieved punishment, wether it was a chat restriction, a 7/14 day suspension, or a ban, Riot won't specify. Good job though on helping to contribute to a healthier game enviroment. Let me try to be more clear by what I meant when I said get used to it.

If the guy is chat restricted, he'll use his limited messages just the same as he would before, you only have the grace of them limited. Player is more likely to use actions in game to troll since they can't use chat to.

If they are suspended, they'll come back, and repeat the process.

If they are banned, they'll make a new smurf, and come back more bitter and hateful then ever

True, I get that part.. I just don't get why people play a game that pisses them off so much they go out of their way to ruin everyone else game. I get pissed and I have been banned for going off on trolls which I think is stupid but never once did I think.. Gee i'll waste my time wasting other people's time lol. I just want this guy suspended or banned cause he was doing it to 4 people in promos which is worse than a normal or bot game, I got silver 2 in my placements cause of two guys like him in two games. Should have won 9/10 not 7/3 and we would have won if they had afked but they fed then trolled everyone else.

Riot allows trolls, as long as they are nice. Riot however will ban anyone that complains.

i had a lee sin jg teammate intentionally staying mid stealing kat's cs and tower diving full hp anivia then get killed, he did it over and over again which cause a stomp game(our top and bot was winning big time my adc was 5/0/1 and the mundo was 4/0) to drag out so long that we barely won the game.

i think these guys should br perma banned, even ip address ban.

I agree.. instead they aren't the people who are perma banned are the people who go off on these guys.. the logic is very flawed in how they do shit here.

IP bans won't work because they're too wide spread. You'd potentially ban out entire apartment complexes or college campuses (including on-campus housing) to try and stop one person.

I mean you can make a troll comment but no one cares, I could give you his name so you could tell him yourself but judging by his play time it stopped so he is either suspended or banned.
