I made a highbrow meme and it got deleted

meme: noun- an element of a culture or system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual to another by nongenetic means, especially imitation.

I was making a satire of player behavior by imitating the literary works of another individual. By all means this should be considered a meme. Things don't have to have funny pictures to be considered a meme or game. Why is stuff like this being scrutinized and deleted when there is continuous drivel about random topics in the "gameplay" section?

Funny story, I posted this in Boards Feedback because it was my personal feedback about the boards, and it also got deleted. I feel like the moderation here is incredibly inconsistent, they're either complete sticklers about arbitrary rules that are hidden from everyone, or don't care at all by things that annoy everyone but vaguely relate to the board they're in. Why can't there just be an official description of what we should be posting where when we're trying to make a post about something? Because I spend 5 minutes looking around for some sort of guidelines trying to figure out where things should go and then they get deleted anyways

Yeah the mods have been a little strict today. I don't know what's going on. It might be because you posted it in the wrong section? As far as the rules of the boards here are the universal rules

It was probably too cerebral for these mods. Clearly this company sold their Discussion Boards Mod business to Riot using some geek game employees, now that they got the contract, they have replaced them with H1B's and midwest housewives.

Classic Bait and Switch.
