So many bad ashe players in all modes lately

out of 10 games i seen with ashe so far, 8 of them are just feeders. Even random strangers also complaining the numbers of bad and feeding ashe players are increasing. The latest one i seen was the worst.....one kill over 13 deaths even with plenty of jungle ganks to help.
