Except it doesn't. Rules applying equally to all players is a bare minimum for people to respect the company enforcing the rules. It doesn't matter if you spent $0 or $1000, you're judged equally.
The only people who this benefits are those that Riot wants gone. That's what the perma-ban is for, to start encouraging the player to go elsewhere because their behavior is more detrimental than Riot is willing to tolerate for their business.
News flash buddy, I don't buy it.
If you really want the game to get better, then you would know I am all for making the game better, because I have made countless suggestions that would result in more players playing and having fun.
These suggestions and ideas are not implemented as of yet, and this game suffers greatly.
I can assume you are just a snooty holier than thou person and don't actually give a crap about the game, you just want to suck up to Riot and the Forums Mods.
