[HYPOTHETICAL] What if someone you banned ended up making a serious threat to Riot?

Hypothetically speaking, say you banned someone for toxicity, but they made some threat like "Unban my account or I'll blow up your cars!".

Escalated to law enforcement? How would you go about finding out who the asshat is if they fed you fake credentials?
