just got perma banned

Had a good time on this account. Was acting a lot nicer to people and was trying to be a good teammate. Just got perma banned 3 minutes after a game where I had 4 of the people on the other team telling me I was the shittiest player ever, to return my fizz skin, and was BM the whole game. But because I talked shit to them back and my team didn't like me typing to them even though I wasn't dying I get perma'd. The only other instance I got was a game I called a Galio a punk because he AFK. Can anyone re-review my case?

You were banned multiple times probably 9x prior to this ban. Next time learn to just ignore it. Trying to have the biggest E-Penis isn't going to make you better at a video game.

You should have received a Reform Card in your client and in your email that shows some of your recent chat logs that contributed to the punishment. If you think you did nothing wrong in them, you can submit a Support Ticket and request they review the case manually, but the system is pretty accurate so it's very unlikely to be overturned.

Punishments are dealt in 4 steps;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

Unless you were exhibiting extremely toxic behavior such as hate speech and death threats, it's most likely you have already gone through the first 3 tiers. It takes 3 months for your tier to drop down one step, but otherwise any consistent negativity will eventually lead to the next punishment. Keep in mind that retaliation is not an excuse for toxic behavior; you and you alone are responsible for your actions, and those other people have the same system to deal with for theirs.

Let me say this slowly for those who haven't yet gotten it...

RIOT will not think twice about banning you if you use any sort of hate speech. Use a racial/homophobic slur in a game and you might as well uninstall the game.

You used one of the two words that are golden ammunition for a ban, congratulations.

welcome to riots shitty chat system. it's only gotten worse with the dynamic ques coming back online. over 4 games I've been reported for offensive language, and I didn't say a word at all. At least riot should rethink their system and actually punish the players who initiate the toxic behavior.. because I looked up the game on op.gg and those players that called you a %%% are still playing this game..

Sorry, but i beleive that RIOT can't review a perma ban. Next time, just don't talk in the chat if you want to say something negative. If you be negative your mates will just do more shit and you will loose the game. If you really want to win, say good things in the chat like (we can do this) and you will have more chance to win the game.
