alexmisty, your League of Legends account has been suspended

just played with a complete troll veigar, picks veigar into an ALL AD TEAM WITH A TALON MID, says he doesn't care if he loses or feeds just wants to have fun, feeds all game, starts casting random spells in the middle of the lane while we fight on the side, plays nice guys all game with our eve and their other team who are abusive to us because they are wrecking us, I talk shit because the veigar keeps feeding and saying he doesnt care what he does just wants to have fun, I get instant 14 day ban without prior account punishments because they all convinced to report me. I talked a ton of shit to this veigar but nothing out of control besides he sucks, report him, he is obviously feeding

TBH, you deserve it if you were using language like that across multiple games - which is a requirement for a ban. You didn't get 14 day banned just for that game, getting a ban is stemmed from showing poor behaviour across multiple matches.

Funny thing is people will find it excusable that he doens't want to win because he wants to have fun when in reality its incredibly selfish and toxic. A player should always want to win the game since it is the point of league of legends in the first place. You dont see people playing chess and trying to lose or moving random pieces saying "They dont care if they lose" nobody wants to play with or against someone like that. I honestly don't get why riot deals with that instead of players like you that complain about others ruining your game and technically your teams game unless they dont care about winning then I dont get why anyone plays at all lmao. They should be more strict and try to crack down on players that try to lose the game or dont play the game instead of players who talk in the game. Cuz the point is to play the game and try to win dont get why people are so obsessed with words that dont effect the game instead of jackass's that actually ruin the game and play a team game selfishly

Doesn't matter what Veigar was doing, check his logs. I can't tell if Veigar was legit trying to lose or not, but what I DO know is that I see those chat logs, and I see that this ban is totally deserved.

Thats where you are wrong it does matter what he was doing. He should get a clean state every game since not every person is the same every game. Sure he could be a toxic dick to his teammates in one game and have another where he is only saying something to a troll and its totally justifiable in a real world setting not riots ofc since hitler lyte runs the show. I do think he should be banned if he was toxic I was just making a point that players find it excusable to say "for fun" when they arent actually trying to play or win the game which is wrong and veigar should be punished which he probably wont be due to the shitty system the mainly cares about language which in reality doesn't effect the game and how it should be played at all and is way easier to "fix" and not have to deal with than someone who you want to play the game but wont. I can shut you up if I want to shut you up by clicking a button but what i cant do is make you play the game if you are not playing by clicking a button then you are actually held hostage until the games over. The only time i ever condone the word "held hostage" in a video game to where it makes sense.

i wish i could post a replay or something at one point it was a 3v2 in our favor against the talon he fed 13 kills by 20 minutes. DURING THE FIGHT he randomly starts casting q's and w's in the middle of the lane no where close to the fight but because they were so up and the other team wants free LP they dont care. Their ADC ashe even started telling veigar to refund his skin he is bad where is his ban

But, to be fair, I kinda see where you're coming from. I come from silver you see, land of the trolls and home of the smurfs. Generally, players like this go out of their way to bait you into being toxic, and you can't take their bait or this happens to you. Based on what you're saying, yeah, he seems like he's being a troll. A clever troll though, so Riot can't find him. Playing just to have fun in ranked is an incredibly toxic and selfish thought process, honestly. In ranked we play to win, and if you want to have fun in normal do it. I really don't care. I have played full medic squad with my friends in normal with a Taric sitting inside their base being healed by his teammates and dancing. Or a Singed that was proxy farming inbetween their inhibs and nexus going "THEY CAN'T PUSH WITHOUT MINIONS!" And yeah, those are crazy fun. Do we do that shit in ranked? GOD NO.

Because we know the mindset we are supposed to have in a ranked match, and it's an important one to carry. That being said, you seem like a complete ass. The kind of guy that bags on someone for going 0/4/0 in top lane without a gank while getting camped by an Elise and being dove by her and a Riven. Keep in mind, I have no other logs to base this off of, so this is going off of what I see here. But in this scenario, you're both in the wrong. You shouldn't have raged so hard, and he shouldn't have trolled like this.

Lmao if you press enter youre condemning yourself. Is it shit? Yes. IS it ritos game? Yes. They do as they please, not as the community decides what is right or wrong. No one knows what happened to the Veigar, but the last part should be of interest to you and whoever reads this discussion:

Either way, I've distilled your chat log into the lines I'd consider negative:

This is a pretty clear-cut case of verbal abuse, and from everything I'm seeing here I'd say the two week ban is an appropriate response to this sort of chat log. I expect there are quite a few other games with logs like this, it's very unlikely to be punished for a single game.

From the chat log I'm seeing here, the OP started the game by berating the Pantheon before Veigar even made an impact. I would be shocked if this were the only chat log that factored into the suspension, because the OP demonstrated negative behavior before even encountering the thing that really made him tilt.

Is this chat log on its own worth a 2-week ban? Probably not, but it's heavily indicative of a consistent pattern.

I understand this completely. I've been trying to rank at end of season and I got frustrated with the pantheon but then when he and his team says after "LOL OMG U SUCK RAPE U HAHA CANT KILL ME" the rest of the game while we have a 1-11-1 veig with 40 cs constantly walking back to mid with no towers and dying and saying he doesnt care he wants to have fun it gets old. And my only other bad chat log they sent is a perfectly fine game until my last 6 sentences after our team is BEGGING to get a lulu reported because she states "i dont want to win i dont like you guys" and purposely goes to the opposite side of the map. We are all begging to report her and their team says basically fuck you im reporting you because the troll lulu is nice so I called him a cock sucker

Okay, well, in the future, here's things you don't do.

Don't beg the other team to report, don't threaten to report, don't call the other team a cocksucker. Don't try and berate the person doing poorly, that might make them retaliate by doing worse. Don't rage at the other pantheon and say they need to be carried. Remove the phrase 'fuck you' from your online vocabulary entirely.

ok i understand and I've been trying to do this but i keep saying this wasn't a bad game. This Lulu literally states "i dont like this team" and "need better teammates" and "gg i quit" i literally say nothing to her all game until she starts berating our shaco jungler out of no where and saying she doesnt want to win and sweet talking the other team. basically too is if this is my first ban does this REALLY constitute a two week ban for a small span of 3 games, 2 of which werent negative until the troll claims she is trolling ?

I mean I've seen some hate speech complete verbal abusive people and even my roommate is absolutely brutal i mean everything you can imagine and he has never been banned once in his life like idk i feel like im getting shafted quite often when I know ive been positive and trying to help in all my other games besides these three troll games

It'll catch up with your roommate, in the meantime, you have to recognize this is your last chance before you get banned. Don't look at someone else, look at yourself. You are toxic. You got one chance to shape up or you are perma-banned.

I understand but it literally never has caught up in over 2-3 years he has got banned once and is racist and extremely abusive and I know for a fact I've been getting a lot better in terms of cheering on teammates trying to help them out. It just sucks when I am banned and on my last step to a perma now while the Lulu who trolled two games in a row with me has played 20 games in the last day and hasn't been punished just because she was goody two shoes in chat to the other team even though she is admitting to afk and intentionally trying to lose the game

The current system, roughly, is as follows:

Warning
10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
Two week suspension
Permanent suspension

If you had chat restrictions prior, this two week suspension is your natural progression through the punishment system. The chat restriction also makes me think this is indeed a consistent pattern, which would further explain the suspension.

As an aside, I would just like to emphasize the fact that the next step on this list is a permanent suspension. I'd heavily recommend taking a long hard look at what we've been saying to you in this thread and working to reform, because if this behavior continues it can very well end your account.

i agree ive been trying to i really have been positive and trying to enforce my teammates on and i got pissed after a 2 game losing streak of two trolls and one enemy team talking shit to us all game about how they are wrecking us. I had a 10 game chat restriction so I feel like maybe a 25 game I just think 2 weeks is kind of brutal for this content. I really have been trying and am gonna disable all chat and possibly unmacro enter for a few games just I want to play at the end of the season and this seemed really brutal and over this one game because I know the whole other team reported me because they were talking shit to us all game and even they were making fun of veigar to return his final boss skin cause he was feeding at 1-11-1 with 48 cs

just found out they had another game of chat logs. OMG this game this lulu goes like 4-1 and STRAIGHT UP SAYS "i don't want to win i don't like this team" and then starts afk'ing and then going on purpose to the other lanes that their team isn't and spamming "teamwork op" and "i need better teammates :)" and random shit like this to the point our whole team is begging the other team to report her and it was her second game like this in a row. just fuck man
