had a player troll all game and 2 others on my team had him a couple games back and he did the same thing, then complains and sweet talks to the team after verbally abusing us about how he has no teammates and report him so the whole other team reports all of us EXCEPT this troll who has done it multiple games......come on now

Everyone has trolls sometimes, and I agree that it can be super frustrating. However, I wouldn't worry about the other team reporting you, it won't matter if you did nothing wrong. The important question though – did your team report the player at the end of the game? That is still the best and most effective way to get a player who is misbehaving in the game punished. It may not happen instantly, but if they continue to troll games they will get flagged by the system.
