Make a real low priority queue

Instead of just making people wait 5 minutes before they can queue....make a whole ranking system for toxic players. If you get reported enough in dota you get sent to low priority matches to play against other people who have low priority.

IDK how long it is they have to stay in low priority, because I never got sent there. But I've never been baited into getting sent there either.

It's just sad there are people that are messed up enough here to bait people into getting banned.

It could easily be fixed by just making a low priority queue instead of banning people completely...some people have spent a LOT of money on this game, and you're just going to throw it all away like it was nothing because some kids trash talked them enough to send them over the edge?
