Report System and Troll/Toxicity Detection System Needs Rework

I'll try to upload video of the game later, but let me describe it for in paragraph 2. Bear in mind, I'm an "honor 1" (lost all honor for "toxicity") player due to a week straight of inting players deciding games before I could do anything while I got all the blame thrown on me by my team. It's hard enough to deal with a 2v1 camp of toplane when you are counterpicked on a good day; doing it while tilted from losing 90% of games that week because teammates go 1/10/0 and keep trying to fight their lane opponents who are 10/1/5 w/o any help from their jungler (who's camping me - and blowing flash on cd) make it nigh impossible to do anything. Kill your opponent? You get killed by enemy jg and fed mid or support roaming top and flashing on you before you can recall - giving your lane opponent a freeze he didn't earn after you just solo killed him. So you can either group and push a different objective - falling further behind in objective trades, or you can sit in your lane being zoned to tower in a 1v3 while your 4 teammates fail to pressure anything on the map 4v3 or 2v1 and try to stall for them to take towers elsewhere. You might have a mediocre game - slightly behind in cs and 2/3/1 kda coming out of lane (you roamed to get mid a kill), or you might be fed. But it doesn't matter. Due to passive uncommital play by teammates in teamfights followed by overextended agro play when they have no reason to do so, you just fall further and further behind. Your build gets flamed because you aren't going full tank as a bruiser. You do more damage in a teamfight AND live longer than all your teammates combined? They still blame you. You could 1v2 anyone on the other team? Doesn't matter, they can send 4 and your team won't pressure the map because they're too scared to facecheck after going 1/10/0 and refusing to use wards like you asked the team to do... 10 min ago. And so after the tenth time in fifteen minutes of having your team flame you while you are putting in more work than 3 of them combined, you tell them they're an idiot. Why? Because they tried to force a 3v5 to contest baron with no wards for the 4th time after you pinged them not to 5x. Because they gave you no tp ward on TOP of that and expect you to magically show up to 4v5 suicide with them instead of pressure the rest of the map and at least get a tower while the enemy grabs baron. Somehow the fact that they got aced and killed absolutely nobody is all your fault. So yeah, after the same dumb plays like that for 15+ minutes, you tell them they're idiots for forcing plays like that and then blaming and "reporting" you for it as though it's all your fault.

Anyways, now that you know that, consider the game I'll upload. Bot is losing, mid is getting shoved in and letting a very strong cassiopeia roam freely. Warwick is running everywhere and ruining your chance to snowball top early - which you NEED to do if you want to be relevant. Draven wants to surrender at 15 because his lane is going so rough, and the only player having a GOOD game is the jungler and you. You ask bot to play safe - because they're dying practically shoved to the enemy tower and forcing fights with 6 combined deaths and only a single kill to show for it; however, draven tells you it's simply not possible - as he dies again. Your team gets vastly outscaled, bot is way behind, mid is down 50 cs and getting steamrolled if caught in a 1v1 to the death, jungle is even with both being fed and nearly equal cs, and top... you're winning, but it's only a matter of time before cho becomes unkillable or his fed teammates come and chain cc you to death before you can do any damage. With a draven bent on not grouping at all costs and a game like that, what do you do? What do you say?

You pressure top as much as possible. You rotate to get the team objectives and help your teammates catch up. You encourage them even if a fight only goes equal and... you die to help your team get some kills. You give up a 40 minion wave to your midlaner because they need it more than you. You shotcall rotations to get better trades with the other team over objectives like dragon, baron, and towers. You ward, protect your teammates, and anticipate the other team's responses so you can position correctly while doing objectives like baron. You use tp not to get yourself a bunch of juicy cs, but to save your teammates from collapsing enemies. This can all work... when your teammates are willing to work with you. This can work when you are not belittled, hung out to dry, and harassed all game. This can work when your teammates group and ward. This can work when your teammates are TEAMmates. Does that kind of play SOUND like a toxic honor 1 player? Maybe a reformed one - but I'm not. This is how I have acted for well before last season when I dropped to 0 honor in the fall and well before last spring when I got chat restricted for the same stuff I described in paragraph 1. This is the type of player I TRY to be. This is what I am when my teammates treat me decently instead of intentional feed and then blame everything on me - asking my teammates to join them in reporting me as toxic. So, if I can be this nice of a guy... despite draven refusing to group for 90% of the game and tilting pretty hard in lane despite mid having a rough start and letting cass run free despite missing out on a bunch of cs to help my TEAMmates repeatedly despite dying in fights where I could easily have lived at the COST of my teammates' lives despite getting 3 man dove top with no mia from mid

Then doesn't it beg the question of just how crappy some of my teammates have been to make me call them an idiot or tell them their shotcall is retarded? But none of that gets looked into when I get reported by intentional feeding toxic teammates who flame me for THEIR mistakes. The only thing the system looks at is what I said and how many times I got reported. Doesn't matter I was provoked all game. Doesn't matter that I tried politely for 15+ minutes to help my team make better decisions - and even went along with some of their dumb ones just to prove how bad they were. The system doesn't consider that. The system doesn't punish those people. Because they're getting reported by a "toxic" player like me - so the reports go in the trash before ever being looked at, and because they never said certain "no-no" words. This is why I get frustrated with the report system. Because I'm not normally a toxic player. Because if I am... it's almost always due to repeated provocation and intentional feeding by one or more teammates who did far worse to me than anything I did or said to them - while nothing happens to them for their actions and provocations that drove me to blow up at them.

So I ask you, do you enjoy having people in the game who are allowed to flame you for an entire game as though their deaths due to their mistakes are your fault? Or, like me, do you want to see the system fixed to remove or reform these players? Do you enjoy having teammates who go 1/10/0 in lane and make the game unwinnable because they refuse to do anything other than solo or duo push and force 2v5's or 1v1's vs people they die to in 2 hits and barely scratch? Or, like me, do you want to see these people removed or reformed? If a player is having a rough game but is clearly TRYING to do their best and working with their team, do you stick up for them and try to help them like I do? Or do you stay silent or even join in the flame if a teammate starts harassing them? I'm not a toxic player without cause. I can be very helpful, self-sacrificing, and encouraging. But it also requires teammates that deserve such play from their teammates and ones who are willing to try their best. People who are kind to their teammates in turn.

Everything but your very last paragraph was just you telling a personal story with very little point.

Your last paragraph was a call to action (Make the system better!), but you didn't have any sort of suggestions, recommendations, or ideas on how to make that happen.
