Just had a player on my team who was so toxic that he qualified for five different report reasons...
... and five minutes after the game, I got a message that a player I had reported was just punished.

Not to mention all the other stuff, that is dedication.
Im not going to vouch for whoever you are talking about, I'm just going to point out that spamming the ff vote is not negative attitude; its a function of the game programmed by Riot, the fact they put a cooldown between votes means they are dine with new votes being started after every cooldown ends.
Again that being said, I am not coming to anyone's defense; just giving my 2 cents
