Soraka jungle can work. She can go to lanes and heal people with her w every once in a while, ult for towerdives, go AD, yada yada..she has ignite so level 2 or 3 kills.

Totally agree with you man Riot is just full of lies they dont punish the players honestly I have had two luxs and a janna in the past few days who
#1 claimed " this game is lost because I am going to troll" built 5 daggers and a zeal and int fed the entire game.
#2 claimed " I am trolling so hard this game " plays janna him and his adc go 0-11 and feed the enemy 1000's of gold while I was hard carrying the early / mid game.
#3 I forget exactly what the other lux did but it wasnt any better.
All of them are still playing right now. And I my friend have a 10 game chat restriction for saying something to them for their trolling behavior. I was punished on their behalf.
