Not how this works. There are trolls being punished for trolling. By any meaningful definition that means trolling is punishable. How efficient Riot is at actually punishing them is an entirely different matter.

I'll whip out AD Raka anytime i can but i do it mostly in ARAM. Her kit is awesome if you go AD. You've got sustain, silence, potencial cc.

#1 claimed " this game is lost because I am going to troll" built 5 daggers and a zeal and int fed the entire game.
#2 claimed " I am trolling so hard this game " plays janna him and his adc go 0-11 and feed the enemy 1000's of gold while I was hard carrying the early / mid game.
#3 I forget exactly what the other lux did but it wasnt any better.
All of them are still playing right now. And I my friend have a 10 game chat restriction for saying something to them for their trolling behavior. I was punished on their behalf.
If you cant beat em join em I have a troll acc as a secondary .... prolly gunna just return the favor to the noobs. I am tired of Riots bullcrap they literally do nothing. We need to start taking matters into our own hands.
