It's way too hard to get three games in a row without afkers and toxic players ruining games

So many games are ruined by afks or teams arguing over nothing. Can we have some harsher penalties PLEASE.

I'm tired of a random teammate sitting at the well after 20 due to his feelings getting hurt, or straight up afks after 3 mins
