He is 2/14 right now, and has been running into the enemy team for the past 12 minutes. He refuses to surrender and say "we can win".
Is reporting him really gonna be enough to get him banned? Or is it better if I send in a ticket to Riot Games?
People like this should not be allowed to play in this game. He should be removed from it.

Loss is mainly Malzahar's fault as even if the top laner didn't leave, enemy team would still be fed.
Because after all... according to you, intent is hard to prove and therefore Malzahar would have had a high amount of deaths anyways.
##Yea I'm gonna blame the feeder that made the enemy vastly stronger than the afk who just made team fights more difficult.

As per usual they can't tell you what the result of the investigation is, but if the person genuinely inted then you can rest assured that Riot will what they feel is just.

ModPeriscope1 votesI would use the post-game report, and be specific about why you think he inted. Was he using his SS out of combat? Was he running it down mid? Was he waiting to engage 1v5? Did he buy items that did not go with his kit? Include anything you'd like, but that's just a few I'd add.
