There was a guy in my last game who got mad in champion select because I wouldn't let him play Ezreal because I wanted to. He said he was going to int my lane but instead just didn't connect. He was assigned jungle but locked in Soraka with barrier and cleanse. I am glad he didn't connect because we got to move on to the next game fast thanks to remake, but these kinds of people still should be punished. Holding champion select hostage is against the summoner code.
