Remove the bans for rotation games

Your game crashes I get a 15 minute penalty cause yall fucked up? then a 30 minute one for trying to play a non serious game mode meant to just be fun? Yall fuckign tripping balls riot.

Damn when my shit freezes I've always assumed it's because of something with my pc. It's actually Riots fault?! Damn you riot!! Fix my shit!

Yeah my shit doesn't freeze. Not once in the last 5 years has my computer frozen. SO clearly it's not on my side that the game stopped working after champion intent.

Probably not used to "lock in" or "must select a ban (or no ban)".

Well, in every game, if you leave and don't come back, there is a penalty to that no matter if it's intentional or not, sadly...

You're right, game modes are supposed to be fun. You know what's not fun? Having an afk on your team, hence Leaverbuster. Also, the max amount of time one has to wait in LBQ is 20 minutes, not 30, and you only get there by frequently leaving/afking games. To get out of LPQ all you have to do is play 5 games without leaving/afking. From the Leaverbuster FAQ:

HOW LONG WILL I REMAIN IN THE LOW PRIORITY QUEUE? You will be placed in the low priority queue for 5 games. If you continuously leave, the low priority queue timers increase from 5 minutes per game to 10 minutes per game and then capping out at 20 minutes per game.

As I never went AFK, yeah that's useless advice when the game froze me in champion select for 10 minutes where i didn't go afk and didn't leave the champion selection, the game just went blank and I got a 15 minute penalty for a game that's supposed to be a fun mode not some serious match. I wasn't even past champion intent before I was thrown out. You know how much I care about people being afk in my game or me beign afk in a game? not at all.

Also check your facts they are banning 15 minute penalties for a rotation game mode. A mode that is supposed to be fun and legit nothing to do with ranked or anything. 15 minutes for the first 30 for the second, in which their game mode kicked me out of the game and I get punished.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. If you're having issues staying connected (be it because of the league client or something on your end) then try using the Hextech Repair Tool, uninstalling/reinstalling and/or try one or more of the solutions featured in Troubleshooting Connection Issues. Additionally you could try asking in the Help & Support forum if those don't work. Just make sure that you try out any changes made in a custom game so you don't run the risk of getting LBed again.

Any mode that you have to queue up for to play still falls within the jurisdiction of the Leaverbuster system (i.e. ranked, normal, co-op vs. ai, rotating game modes, etc.). From the Leaverbuster FAQ:

I LEFT A CUSTOM/TUTORIAL GAME AND I GOT A WARNING THAT MY ACCOUNT MAY BE PUNISHED? I THOUGHT CUSTOM GAMES DIDN'T COUNT? They don't. This message will appear every time you leave a game, but custom and tutorial games will not increase your risk of low priority queue. LeaverBuster only applies to games you have to queue up for, such as normal games, Ranked, Co-Op Vs AI, etc.

It's not fair to the other 4-9 players in the game to have to deal with an afk regardless of the mode, and while you may think it's not a big deal remember that you aren't the only one playing this game.

But this has nothing to do with the leaver buster system. I Just want them to remove being banned from playing for 15 minutes because I forgot to ban or was disconnected in the champion select. Like If it was serious w/e, but for poro king to give me a 15 minute ban for something is ridiculous.

I don't know what else to say other than follow the links for help or file a Support Ticket and see if they can work things out with you.
