Riot Please Ban People Who Take Games Hostage

Loaded into ranked flex game and the support says "I'm mid." We ban the supports highlighted pick. Mid goes support since the support wants to be a fucking child. Mid intentionally feeds, says they don't speak english in game and whatever. The entire team flames while I'm top lane, and we lose because someone took the game hostage and tilted everyone. RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS SHIT.
