When having "known issue causing players to disconnect in game"

When you have posted there is a known issue of players being disconnected in game, or in champ select or whatever.....PLEASE disable the auto ban queue time thing you have in place. I understand it's point, but if people are getting disconnected in game, or champ select and not their fault, Having to wait 4-10-20 however many minutes because it's out of their control is not fair. Have been disconnected, reconnected in game several times today, ok, get it. Got disconnected locking in my champ, I wouldn't care because it didn't hurt team in game, but having to wait for the auto queue penalty isn't right.
