Played a game and 1 min later chat banned for this?

Ok my team has a fail invade, I go back and heal and im like ok no leash... by the 10th minute in the game im 2/0/2 and the game is already over and weve lost. Im sorry Ive played this game so much that I can look at team comps and how players are playing and know that we stand no chance, my laners are getting smurfed on or are very drunk, weve all been there. Keep in mind half of this chat is in all chat (of course it is) and the enemy team is agreeing with me the whole time (especially agreeing about the 0/5/1 lux that was flaming me because I said surrender when I was 2/0/2 and it was min 13) because yeah I might have been blunt but Im actually very right. I used some curse words... but why have a curse filter in the game if they aren't for everyone? Im sorry most of the world uses curses words ooohhhh noooo ban them! And whey is all chat in the game if you cant talk to the enemy about how bad your team is when its hilarious? What Riot has taught me is that "being toxic" really means being honestly blunt with super extremely emo kids that have never been spanked before or cry when any stranger (I play solo, everyone is a stranger) is upset with how under par they are at performing whatever task they perform. Theres not many teams ive ever been apart of in life that its ok to suck and no one say anything... usually youre fired, goodbye, right? Ok so what happens when people suck at league of legends even on the pro scene? Doublelift tells Olleh how much he sucks on twitter and removes him from the team. Chat ban on Doublelift? No. The pro players talk way more "toxic" than I do and this is just childs play on EUW... no body would be reported over this...
