Intentional feeding is already a punishable offense. What more, exactly, are you looking for?

It's those first time Lucians that go 0-10 in 5 minutes that need to be punished.

If they're not doing it intentionally and are only feeding so badly because they're new to the champ or just genuinely bad at the game, why do you think that should be punishable? You sound like the bully in gym class who wants to beat up the wimpy kid because he's a poor athlete.

Going 0-10 in 13 minutes is not being bad at the game. It's not having a functional brain. Also, I don't care if they do this in normals where champs should be trained. It's when they do this in ranked games. You should come into ranked with a fair idea of how to work your champion. If you first time a champ in ranked and feed your ass off, that is intentional because you could have tried him/her in normals first to see if you "click" with them or not.

I think it needs to be more specific. We need to make feeding on a Friday between the hours of 3pm and 7pm while eating pizza that was delivered to our door by a female delivery driver with brown hair and green eyes and voting no on a surrender vote by using our left hand to click yes while using our right hand to scratch our left earlobe a punishable offense. But only if those two occurred exactly 12 minutes apart from each other and only if you're grandmother is Catholic.

I second this. I get too many asshole %%%% feeders in my games that all refuse to ff when they feed like the little shits they are.
