Riot inform your comunity about the report system

Even if i don't agree with your system banning people for toxic behaviour. It's your rules and i will follow them. You guys need to inform them, that if they have a chat restriction the next one might be a perma ban. I see so many "smart" people here that get banned. Why would you talk after you got a chat restriction or something? They are either stupid or don't know how the system works. You should put a warning before you log in, saying "if you talk shit you get banned"

I mean they do tell people, its not something that's going to come up every time you log in, but they give you the information especially when you get ban they always give you a link with information about bans/restriction. its the players fault for not actually reading them, or skipping over them. i mean it should be common knowledge now that anything that is against the ToS/Summoners Code could get your account permaban on the first offense. Thats basically common for any type of service you use, video games or not!

Well considering you have to look/read the ToS before getting an account let alone every time there is a patch i would say thats fair warning. Things like this dont change that drastically and if they do they will inform everyone (usually with a forum post, as well as the on the client) So im not sure what you are talking about unless you want them to always inform you which isnt necessary, again because it should be common sense on what is and isnt appropriate for the game!
