The "i'm going to be nice in all chat, but rude as fuck in team chat"

I had a game, not on this account, where I got placed with a last season diamond thresh. He began flaming because we had a TF mid lane who ulted bot, and died to a VI gank. I then, stated that i'm not going to lane with him, because even though I muted him, he was spam pinging me that "Draven is alive" and "Draven is re spawning at _time". He realized I muted him, so he then bought mobility boots to keep up with me, backed when I backed, and wouldn't get off me, literally. No matter where I went, he would follow. Correct me if i'm wrong, but that's against the rules, just don't know where it would be located under.

Regarding the title, that shit just makes me giggle. Seeing both of the sides of the picture, like him putting smiley faces in all chat, stating that he's "protecting" me. Yeah, nice joke buddy. I'm pretty sure that's classified as intentionally losing the game.
