Love those trolls just steal your lane and end up feeding. Bunch of apes....I declare my lane but nope....some whinny kid just have to steal and feed.

If this is normals it's pretty much a free for all. You can go 5 mid if you wanted to.

I about lost it, season 1 was a nightmare for this exact reason. I mean offense, but yeah goto flex, yes zoe will be banned but lets be honest now why you went into norms
I assume you were in blind pick normals for this game since you "declared your lane" the problem is you have no lane.
You cab declare your lane all you want in blind pick nobody has to give it you at all, they can go where they want just as you can. Although it might not be a good feeling having somebody come along and take the lane you wanted that's why draft pick is available.
