First of all, your single report doesnt mean someone is banned, even if they give you the notification of punished it may just be a chat rescrition.

Something is seriously wrong with you mentally. The point of reporting toxicity and banning the person is to reform them and prevent them from being mean to others, if you relish seeing someone lose their accounts, you are a sadist. People like this often end up becoming killers, pedophiles, and end up in mental hospitals. If you enjoy seeing others be punished, get yourself psychiatrically evaluated.

This server isnt that toxic, how bad of a player are you? or are you intentionally trying to be, to make players that toxic towards you. 10 bans in 3 hours...

There are two kinds of players in this community who are toxic a. The person who goes around calling everyone racial and homophobic slurs, etc b. The guy who says things to avoid the chat filters but tick the other low-self-control guy off.
We dont want you in our community.
Apparently none of my reports ever work, because I never hear about it anymore. I don't report often and usually the only thing I do report is verbal harassment.. and yet, alas, Riot cares not of my good deeds.
10 reports doesnt mean ten bans. I have only contributed to 2 punishments in my lifetime. (hundreds of reports though). Riot will inform you if a player you reported got punished. (they wont tell you who or what the punishment was)
I've gotten about 3-4 notifications of punishment based on my reports this week. Not sure if that's low or high. I've encountered a weirdly high amount of racial slur usage recently.
