Hey Projeckton, like the other people said we don't allow the reporting or shaming of players here on the boards as per the Universal Rules, so I've edited out the name. It's ok to discuss the behavior here, but for reporting them please stick with using the post-game reporting feature.

Use the in-game report function. If for whatever reason that isn't sufficient for you, submit a support ticket with screenshots.
