I'm worried Flex Q is going to get me banned

I've been playing Flex Q and it's been a disaster.

The majority of my games have been absolute stomps. I'd say 70% of the time I've got taken to the cleaners. I'm playing bot lane so we are already the focus of every single gank attempt. Of course we can't do anything when we take 3-4 man ganks except die or go B.

From there, it sets up a series of harassment reactions:

• Jung, mid and top blame bot lane for losing to 3-4 man ganks, ignoring any fault they might have in letting laners disappear.

• Bot lane tends to blame the jungle, because their jungler is ganking while ours doesn't.

• Bot lane usually implodes and we go after each other, since both of us are losing.

• The enemy team of course isn't just satisfied with winning. They feel the need to harass the losing the team and spam the /taunt command, which has no purpose in League anyway.

The mode also causes issues because the skill gaps are wide. I got placed in B5 and am meeting Gold 3 players or better. Even if I hold up as an adc, I have to hope my support is going to as well.

The solos vs premade experiment is also a disaster here as the premade is going to beat the solo's 80%+ of the time or more.

I don't see how my account stays active like this. I'm going to get harassed if I have a bad game. I'm going to get reported for feeding. Since reports are free, they will throw a negative attitude in there as well because there is no reason not to. And I'm going to end up saying something when I got 4+ people saying shit to me.

Riot really needs to evaluate what the purpose of reports are, because the losing team is always going to have more reports placed than the winning team and the premade will always have the better shot of getting atleast 1 report in. Since we also do not know if things like verbal abuse and negative attitude stack or if they don't, we have to assume that they do.
