They need to have a specific "poor sportsmanship" option, not just a generic negative attitude. Seems like more and more people are seeing how far they can push the line at being a jerk.

These "milder" passive aggressive jerks will, unfortunately, incite some people (who are prone to tilting and flaming) into behaviors that will end up getting them banned, while the passive aggressive jerk who incited the behavior will most likely not be punished.

Almost every day, someone posts a complaint how someone was being a bm jerk doing such and such. The frustrating thing about these passive aggressive jerks, is that they will basically never be punished before negatively affecting the experience of hundreds of players.

It may be necessary to have more gradual tiers of punishment before a permaban, because this is a milder infraction compared to the typical flaming. And it will probably require more human analysis because most of these jerks are good at avoiding automatic program detection.
