Calling people ape entire game is punishable?

I had this opposing Ezreal who kept non stop verbal assault on my team. Kept calling us apes. He kept thinking he is far better than us, everytime one of us died. He yelled out bunch of apes. I wish i was beside him and super glued his foul mouth. His verbal assault really hampering down the experience of the entire game.
