Are you ineligible for the Teemoing icon if your disconnect was a crash and not a leave?

I'm gonna guess it's "you're not eligible" because the system can't tell the difference between someone's Internet randomly getting cut off or someone leaving on purpose (and the system doesn't give a shit either way).
