Honor someone and say ggwp to your team, then move to the next game. No need to be so dramatic.
I believe their intention with the new Honor System is that they want honors to actually mean something now. They would be as meaningless as the old honors where you could spam honors at all 9 people at the end of the game if you wanted to. Plus, they'd end up losing a lot of money if everyone could get honored. People would start climbing to Level 3 honor much more quickly and start getting free honor capsules (which contain stuff like mystery champion shards that you would have to otherwise pay for).
The honor system now is for extraordinary players.
If everyone in your game is "extraordinary", it's more likely that they're all just extra "ordinary". In other words, if you think everyone deserves honor, it's more likely that they're all just doing what's expected of them (and nothing above and beyond to be honor worthy).
