Leaverbuster for allies remaking AFTER I reconnected

For some reason my client was acting up yesterday, and wouldn't allow me to load into a game twice, I believe due to bugs with people inviting me to a game while I was loading.

It would take 30 seconds, time, and reconnect after hitting the reconnect button. Me being on a potato PC, it takes around 2-3 minutes to do this. I was playing with some friends, but the two random people in the match decide to remake AFTER I had re-entered the game, pinged my lane, and stated "I'M BACK". This was before first blood. So I am slighty behind in CS. So what. I was playing Yasuo.

I'm just asking if I could have the Leaverbuster removed because it's pretty lame you can still remake when the person has already reconnected. This was not intentional. I reconnected as fast as my little toaster could let me.

If not, that's okay, it's not unbearable, however it is quite annoying and I think I don't really deserve it if I did my best to reconnect.

Edit: Oh yeah and the PSA announced this was an issue, so it wasn't my fault really. I did my best.

It wasn't just your client. For most of yesterday, and all of today, they have had the alert message about people having trouble logging into games. In this case, since Riot knows that there is a bug with their client causing people (at least on the NA server, not sure about the other servers) to repeatedly crash upon trying to enter games, and that there is nothing that can be done on the player's side to predict whether it will happen, or to safeguard against it, I think Riot should have put a temporary pause on the issuing of the leaverbuster penalties. At least until the bug has been resolved. I don't think players should be punished for something like this that is truly out of their control.

Even if it is not your fault and even if you tried as fast as possible to get back into the game you have to sit through your punishment.

First of all, it's for 5 games which isn't that horrible and if you would start to open a ticket you could already have played your penalty in the time which is needed for riot to answer the ticket.

Second, if they start to remove leavebuster punishments on you, then they have to hear everyone which got a "reason" out and decide if they delete the leavebuster or not. Once you begin with sth. you should stay to something and handle everyone equal. That's why riot is not interested to lift up those penalties.
