I love how Riot care so much about toxicity in game (while i agree with the punishment severity) while the afks and leavers go mostly unpunished, yes the Leaverbuster is a very FLAWED system.

What was the last time you heard a afk or professional leaver that got banned?

So what do you propose and how would that help you? If someone has to go afk, he will go no matter what the punishment is. RL is always more important than a video game.
