This guy tried to surrender but when it failed he afk'd and just typed to us. he told us he gave us the option to surrender and because we didn't he didn't want to play. We weren't even losing he was 1-3 and shaco had gone bot one time. Why didn't he get punished for this? Why does this guy still have an account? He was acting like a damn child. I didn't get any message saying he was punished. Can someone look into this cause this is the worst tkindo f player.
