An afk doesn't just ruin the fairness of the game it ruins everyone's mentality.

AFK, the worst thing to occur in this game and the one thing that makes me rage more than anything else.

Give me four super toxic teammates over a afk.

It's so frustrating to win lane and know that your team is better than the opponents but the fact that its 4v5 means, numerically you're doomed to lose especially with minion pushing changes recently.

Honestly League has had every year since its beginning to solve this issue. It's annoying and whats worse it makes the team at a disadvantage angry, frustrated, and most often they surrender. The enemy team gets a free win regardless of their skill or actions and can take their sweet time wining.

For me especially, I usually only have time for 1 or 2 games a day that having one ruined because of something out of my control makes me very mad. And honestly I won't apologize for it. That afk'er is getting reported and blamed and all my hate. The enemy team is getting notified that their win is free and unfair. Their victory is not just or fair.

Riot plz. I know you obviously aren't happy about this stuff happening but just saying that we should "accept it, report and move on" is not enough.

I want to see my report get the afk Fizz in my last game banned. I want to know that he got punished, and I'd like for any game with an afk in it to count as null. Nobody should benefit or lose out on LP, IP, or mastery points because someone had to be an ass and leave the game.

Edit: Just got a chat restriction from the last two afk games I had. Seems fair, i express my anger at the afk situation and get punished but the afk'er gets away scott free. Well played riot well played

In higher division, you're unlucky to have an afk teammate.

In lower division, you're lucky to have an afk teammate - he went afk instead of feeding.

I feel you man. I just got an AFK last match. The day before I played five games and got 2 AFKs. I see AFKs so often it hurts. I report report report, but it's like none of them are being reviewed. They will have a score of 0/0/0 or 0/3/0 for afking in one spot and dying. But zero ban notifications. I recently reported someone for calling me a "N**r" and telling me to k* myself, no notification. It is unacceptable to be doing things like this in waves. I can accept that ONE impossible to win game. I will atone for my mistakes for my other losses. But I will not accept a loss from an AFK.

I may get hate for this but i just thought I'd bring it up :

You have 4 teammates while the enemy have 5 players right? seeing as you don't ask, your team has 4 people that could AFK, whereas the enemy has 5 players that could AFK. So statistically the enemy team should have more AFKs than you. Now if this is a post about both sides of the issue, i completely agree that something should be done.

However if you're attacking the fact that you're in a 4v5 too much, and your team does get more AFKs than the enemy, is it possible you say things or behave making them AFK? Because statistically that wouldn't make sense. It probably has happened someone has been unlucky with those stats, and does get more AFKs on his team, but with the amount of posts on the boards bringing this up, i thought I'd ask

I bet you riot closed the tribunal system, afk everysingle game and who will be banned from them? everyday i come to this topic and saw everyone complain about afk. i reported 3 ppl today for fed and afk and i saw them play next game. They ruin other's game and be able to join next game. Riot doesn't how many ppl stop playing after 2 games with afks. I don't see you did anything to help this game better, Riot.
