If I don't see an Instant Feedback Report card soon, I'm going to be confident the report system is horrid.

It was a literal "kill yourself". I have never seen a IFR card for me on a player but I hope this one goes through. I've never had one appear but there's enough evidence in this case.

Well that's not very smart because IFS cards only appear around 15% of all punishments you have a hand in.

my understanding is you only get it if you were the last report on a person receiving a punishment
