There's no point in warning the player for AFK behavior
If they get the warning, they're already penalized. Asking them to come back is a useless effort since they gain no rewards.

Sure there is a reward. The reward is knowing you didn't completely fucked over your team even if you won't get anything else if you win. Maybe karma will return for you in that someone else won't fuck you over in other games and come back for you.
What warning are you talking about? Leave buster and the low priority queue? Is there some kind of in game popup that happens for afk players? I honestly don't know what you're talking about and I just want to know what warning you are referring to so I can better reply to your post.
