Who stole all of the enemy jhins CS.

Is this allowed? He was que'd for support but was taking cs.

Cause this is not the first time im seeing this and was wondering if its allowed.

Considering that CS doesnt belong to ADC but to whoever last hits it, he didnt steal anything.

they need to make a report category for this... technically the zed wasn't doing anything against the rules, but it should be reportable and bannable, like taking xp from the jg and his buffs

taking JG camps is actually smart thing to do. The JG doesn't own camps nor do laners own their lane cs. For example, if I can't push up in mid or roam w/no creeps; then stealing raptors keeps me active in earning gold. Say JG comes mid and I get the kill; the JG should help me push (taking cs as well) into turret so we can deny enemy cs and exp.

Also, Jg doesn't usually need buffs late mid-late game.

Mid needs blue for wave clear/mana regen/etc. and ADC takes red for the damage boost.

You actually seem like you have low knowledge regarding the game. If you want to improve that; they have resources I could point you to.

You're bronze 5 with 724 games played this season. That's below average. That would technically mean you are bad.

I looked you up and I'll give you some advice: stop playing so many champs. You have over 70 champs played in ranked... focus on a couple of champs. That way you can improve on playing the game than learning champs constantly.

Ive been focusing on cho and fiddle jg.

Certainly shouldn't be. Riot isn't supposed to enforce a meta or dictate how people play.

there is no rule saying that a support can't take CS, that's just the general accepted play style (META).

Things like this are usually reportable by intent. If he was genuinely trying to win the game and thought that was the best way to do it, then its ok.

In all likelyhood he was doing it to troll which is reportable and bannable, assisting the enemy team is one of the more bannable things when it can be detected.
