"I hope you get beheaded by ISIS" <<< Dear heaven Riot please track this guys main and perma ban him

So I had a game where we had this cocky so called "Challenger player" Rammus who was toxic as hell all because he didn't get his Zac which the enemy got it. He kept on bitching at the team and mostly me only because I said "Come gank top please free kill" his reply was STFU I told him to stop bitching over Zac and just play, all my team got mad at him for being toxic and he kept on calling us nobody who doesn't matter because he was challenger so he said. None of us were feeding at all it was just him having a fit over not getting Zac and taking it out on us for not dodging for him.I don't really care that he was toxic but it was what he said after all this, he said quote "I hope you get beheaded by ISIS" "I hope you get bombed by ISIS" . If some one wish death and seriously after the concert bombing that just happened and say he hope ISIS kills us then he seriously need to be deleted from the game permanently, I have a picture of him saying "I hope you get beheaded by ISIS" didn't get the bomb part since I was in game and didn't want to afk to save the screen shot.

Why people ask me that I didn't submit a ticket to Riot? It's because this wasn't the first time some one said a threat to me about "I will come to your house and slit you your family and your dog throat" I gave Riot support team over 3 picture of evidence of the person typing non stop to come slit my throat but he was not punish one bit I know this because his honor was still the same and he was playing non stop for 3 month straight. I just hope a Rioter see thing and actually cares to take action and not like their support team who just say they will transfer it to the behavior team when they actually mean they will throw it in the dumpster message.

People can feed or whine non stop but when they hope you die by any means and threat to kill you then they should never be allowed to come back to the game.
