I've been told to kill myself and witnessed inters for quite a while in the last 2 months yet I cannot recall getting any report feedback popups. I reported an intentional feeder through a ticket and showed clips of him intentionally feeding but I got an automated response and my clips weren't even viewed by them. Come on Riot..
You can only receive feedback if your report is the one which triggered the punishment (as in it was the last straw), and you still won't always get it. I understand the frustration at thinking your reports didn't help because you didn't get that notification, but they are having an effect, it's just that the feedback isn't triggered as often as many think it should (including me).
Player Support doesn't necessarily need to see your clips to check if the player was intentionally feeding, they can look at the logs and match data. They do like evidence though to quickly verify the validity of your claim to prompt further investigation, so if you're submitting a ticket please continue to give them your video or screenshots.

Most "report feedbacks" are chat restrictions... and the ones that are bans... well people just buy new accounts for $20 these days anyways. Thank you sneakysmurfs!
