@Lyte what are your thoughts on camping a tilted player to try to get them to rage quit?
In your opinion is it OK? Nobody is verbally abusive towards the guy just a lot of camping his lane.

where is the problem? ganking is normal gameplay. camping is also normal gameplay. if the other guy gets mad by that its not your problem. you cant know/decide if the opponent gets mad or not. you are here to win not to care for your enemys softy emotions
It's not an issue. Ganking and camping lanes is basic gameplay and not punishable.
Quite frankly, if a player begins complaining in all-chat after getting ganked, I will continue ganking them. Their negative attitude will likely mess with their team's morale and cause other players to tilt or communication to break down, which can provide an advantage for my team.
Also, they tend to be bad players and easy to gank, letting both myself and my laner get fed and carry the game.
It's a legit tactic, camp the Riven at start to get the easy "gg afk."
